    Domestic Machines:  Within 30 days of original purchase date in original packaging and an RMA #. Opened machines will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. Please contact All About Sewing to coordinate an RMA#

     

    Industrial Machines:  All Industrial machines (Juki, Ricoma, Rugged, Kobe) are Final Sale. Exchange/Upgrade will be subject to approval. Please contact All About Sewing to coordinate.
