Create your own motifs using the software
The CutWork software offers numerous tools that make the individual editing or even the creation of your own motifs on the PC possible. Operating the software is simple and clear. A sequence manager indicates the orderof the motif areas to be cut. In just a few steps, your own cut design with amazing effects can be made out of your very own idea.
The BERNINA DesignWorks Software Suite and the companion accessory tools are compatible with the following BERNINA embroidery machine models:
5 Series: B 500, B 535, B 540, B 555, B 560, B 570 QE (2017 and later), B 570 QE (before 2017), B 580, B 590
7 Series: B 700, B 720, B 770, B 750 QE, B 780, B 790, B 790 PLUS
8 Series: B 830, B 880 and B 880 PLUS
The following BERNINA/bernette embroidery machines are compatible with the CutWork accessory and software only:

aurora: 430/435/440/450
bernette: bernette 340 Deco, bernette Deco 340 Plus, bernette Chicago 7 and bernette 70, 79

Are you a proud owner of a BERNINA 830 or a BERNINA 580? In order to use the DesignWorks Software Suite and Tools, you need to install the newest Firmware Update before doing so!
Most domestic machine purchases do qualify for free shipping and will be shipped immediately following funds confirmation. Industrial machines1 will be billed after the purchase of your machine when your machine is ready for shipping, a payment request will be sent for freight before the machine is released.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are picked and sent to the shipping department for dispatch within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Processing time varies on availability of product, this could take upwards of 5 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. You will be provided with a tracking number so you may follow your package. *****Please note*****: If you choose lettermail shipping, your item will be shipped without tracking. If you choose this shipping option, we also do not take responsibility for anything that arrives damaged or becomes lost. We offer this option for anything that can fit in an oversized envelope such as parts or presser feet. *If you feel like the item you want to purchace qualifies for lettermail, please contact the store*

*DO NOT SHIP BACK RETURNS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION FROM THE STORE*Our products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, provided the product is unopened and in "like-new" condition*. Any shipping on returns will be paid by the buyer unless a mistake by All About Sewing has occurred (we shipped the wrong product, confirmed machine compatibility etc.), then AAS will provide a shipping label. The returned goods must include a copy of the original receipt, your email address, shipping address, return approval and phone number. If you send back an item for a return without confirmation from the store first, you will be solely responsible for shipping, even under store error.

We carry a large variety of product and do our best to ensure our inventory is up to date and accurate. We do offer a selection of items that are not in stock at our store, as this is also our online catalog. These items are marked and may be required to order from our warehouses. Only items that are available for purchase from our warehouse partners are available. If you happen to choose a product that is a special order item, we will order it within 48 hours to ensure there is not a lengthy delivery time. This can create a delay of 2-3 weeks.
If your product goes on sale within 10 days of purchase, we will issue you a store credit for the difference. Exceptions apply ie. Floor model, Anniversary sale, Boxing Day or Black Friday Event.
